Wood's reaper binder

I READ with more than my usual interest the April 2010 issue of Tractor. Page 71 shows a Walter A Wood horse mower. My grandfather bought a reaper binder of that make in 1901 for £30! I still have the bill of sale.

SEEING the Rotary Hoe trencher (Alec’s Cuttings No 21, March Tractor) took me back to about 1943 when I repaired one for the Glos War Ag in the North Cotswolds. This machine was fitted to a Fordson and had Rotaped tracks as on your picture.
